Who we are
Bezel & Nib is an independent online shop at bezelandnib.com for watches, fountain pens and lighters. We cover a wide range of eras and makers: everyday watches built to be worn, alongside pens and lighters chosen for their craft and character. The shop is operated by Varando LTD.
What we sell
- Watches: pre-owned and vintage wristwatches for men and women, from makers such as Rolex, Cartier, Longines, Chronoswiss and many others. Titles give the brand, model, reference number where known, and the period the watch dates from.
- Pens & Lighters: fountain pens from Pelikan, Parker, Sheaffer, Cartier and other makers, some with solid gold nibs, together with collectable lighters.
Every item is an individual, one-off piece. Stock changes often as pieces sell, and a sold piece is not replaced with an identical one.
Where our pieces come from
Our watches, pens and lighters come from private collections and specialist sources across Europe and beyond. Each listing describes the piece on its own: its condition, materials and specifications, such as case size, movement type and reference for a watch, or nib material for a pen.
Before buying a pre-owned watch, it is worth checking the case size against your wrist, whether the listing mentions a box or papers, and what it says about service history. Mechanical watches benefit from regular servicing, whatever their age.
How buying from Bezel & Nib works
- Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order, with no delivery charge added at checkout.
- A ship-by date on every product. Each product page shows the date the item ships by, and the same date appears in your basket, at checkout and in your order confirmation. Once your order is on its way, we email you a tracking number. Full details are on our shipping policy page.
- Secure payment. You pay by card at checkout through Stripe. Prices are shown in euros.
- 14-day returns. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can change your mind and return most orders within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. See our returns policy for how it works.

Frequently asked questions
What does the date range in a watch title mean?
A range such as "2000-2010" shows the period the watch was made in. It is given as a range when the exact year of production is not known.
Do watches come with a box and papers?
It depends on the individual piece. If a box, papers or other accessories are included, the product page says so. If they are not mentioned, assume the watch comes on its own.
Does shipping cost extra?
No. Shipping is free on every order, and each product page shows the date the item ships by.
